Job summary

ADA is seeking a results-driven Engineering Project Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead cross-functional delivery of complex technology initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, product, data, and operations teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of engineering projects from initiation to production release.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, data, and business stakeholders.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and issues; drive mitigation plans.
• Run sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and status reviews.
• Ensure scope, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Communicate project status clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and governance standards.
• Support UAT, production releases, and post-go-live stabilization.
