Role Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Strategy and Operations Manager to join the CEO Office Team. This role will act as a strategic enabler to the CEO—leading business reviews, driving key cross‑functional initiatives, supporting investor and business portfolio engagements, and enhancing operational effectiveness across the organization.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in strategy and finance, exceptional stakeholder and project management skills, and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. Knowledge of M&A and CFA/CFI certifications are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior management in managing strategic initiatives, investor relations, and day‑to‑day business operations.
- Monitor and prioritize information flow to optimize CEO focus and decision‑making.
- Facilitate operational processes across business planning, reporting, and governance.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements and internal best practices.
- Champion operational excellence and cross‑functional efficiency across markets and departments.
- Lead research and due diligence to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Lead the monthly cadence of business performance reviews and manage company‑wide and departmental KPIs.
- Build and maintain presentation frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools for executive‑level insights.
- Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Business Unit leaders to track progress against strategic objectives.
- Collect and analyze financial/operational data and align business unit operations with central reporting and compliance requirements.
- Lead project management to drive cross‑functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
- Establish project governance, manage stakeholders, and support CEO and leadership presentations.
- Act as an internal consultant on high‑priority business opportunities.
- Work closely with FP&A to conduct financial modeling and business case analysis.
- Perform commercial due diligence for new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, financial analysis, operations management, or project management.
- Strong technical skills including financial modeling, data analysis, and executive presentation.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills, with a bias for action and tangible outcomes.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across cultures, regions, and functions.
- In‑depth understanding of industry trends, market behavior, and business model innovation with focus on Data, AI, and eCommerce.
- Proven project management skills, leading complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
- Familiarity with management frameworks such as KPI, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, Porter’s Five Forces, Value Chain Analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and insights to C‑level audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
