Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Project Coordinator to coordinate and manage on-site technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. You will liaise between clients, installers, and production teams, using AutoCAD to prepare drawings and modify plans.

Applicants should have a Diploma or NITEC in Engineering with 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/M&E).
• 2–5 years in a similar role preferred.
• Strong leadership with stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and pressure decision-making.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawings and modifications.
• Basic understanding of electronics and/or M&E systems.
• Ability to perform simple programming for control systems/building automation.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese to installers and subcontractors.
• Experience in site-based engineering for construction M&E and manufacturing.
• Willing to work in Singapore.

Job description

Coordinate and manage technical projects on sites, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and smooth communication between clients, installers, and productions teams. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and support successful project completion.

Key responsibilities

Lead stakeholders effectively and take ownership of projects

Coordinate teams and ensure project goals are met

Supervise the implementation of the project on-site

Handle site-based challenges, ensuring quality control and safety compliance

Manage installation activities at the site

Use AutoCAD for technical drawings and modifications

Translate project requirements from drawings and prepare detailed Bill of Quantity (BQ)

Resolve issues and support successful project completion

Communicate with customers and stakeholder members

About you

Diploma or NITEC in Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or M&E Engineering)

2-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead stakeholders effectively

Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and stakeholder members

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings and modifications

Basic understanding of electronics and/or M&E systems

Ability to perform simple programming tasks for control systems and building automation

Ability to communicate in Chinese to installers and subcontractors

Experience in site-based engineering role, especially for projects in construction M&E and manufacturing

Willing to work in Singapore
