Job summary

Flex is seeking a Process Engineer based in Johor, Malaysia. The role reports to the Engineering Manager and focuses on cost, quality and throughput improvements in manufacturing processes.

You will define, implement and evaluate manufacturability designs, identify root causes of process failures, participate in daily production activities and drive process improvements and capital equipment projects. • Hold up and oversee new process equipment production.
• Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters.
• Develop and take ownership of process control methodologies.
• Troubleshoot process related issues.
• Participate in cycle time and process improvements.
• Evaluate and select engineered materials.
• Implement safety, productivity and improvements.
• Improve manufacturing techniques and throughput.
