Job summary

AirAsia MOVE seeks a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs. You will bridge Engineering, Product, Design, Business, and Analytics, ensuring clear scope, milestones, and delivery commitments.

You will partner with engineering and design to validate viable, scalable solutions and drive architecture decisions. Expect structured cadences and leadership-ready status updates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of driving execution across multi-team, cross-functional technology programs.
• Deep understanding of SDLC best practices.
• Experience working with senior engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to guide teams on technical solutions and systems.
• Structured thinker with clarity, ownership, and outcomes.
• Balance rigor with pragmatism in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution for assigned technical programs with status, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Define execution plans with Engineering, Product, and Design alignment.
• Lead programs with broad technical dependencies across teams; manage the program plan.
• Run standups, syncs, and cross-team dependency reviews.
• Provide concise reports to senior leadership on progress, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Track flow metrics like predictability, throughput, cycle time, delivery health.
