Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs for Agile delivery.
Develop program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics aligned with priorities.
Lead end-to-end delivery, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality.
Coordinate global and local teams across product, engineering, architecture, data, security, testing, and release management.
Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans for successful outcomes.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment on priorities, scope, release planning, acceptance criteria, and production readiness.
Provide concise, data-driven updates to leadership on progress, decisions, risks, and business impact.
