Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Technical Operations Support to join our Cyberjaya team. The role focuses on handling customer requests, provisioning, and maintaining data and asset integrity in a fast-paced telecom environment.

You will coordinate scheduling and operations, ensure billing accuracy, verify LOA details, and prepare internal and client-facing reports. A bachelor degree and solid MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 - 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Telecom facilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, web-based ticketing systems, and Change Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of basic contract administration, billing verification, or asset tracking.
• Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• High level of attention to detail for data entry and documentation.
