Responsibilities

• Leads O&M team to meet maintenance standards, ensuring serviceability and efficiency.
• Supervises SAP Plant Maintenance module work and guides subordinates.
• Reviews PPM data, analyzes trends, and recommends improvements.
• Oversees contractor performance and ensures compliance with contracts.
• Executes master maintenance plans and budgets for facilities and equipment.
• Assesses cost implications of operations and repairs for budgeting.
