Job summary

Linkstuffs Enterprise in Johor Bahru seeks an entry to junior level Interior Designer (Technical) to develop accurate 3D models, mockups, production drawings, and renders that support design, costing, and client presentations. This hybrid, independent contractor role requires strong English and a solid interior/spatial design sense.

You will collaborate with design, production, and CRM teams, maintain high quality outputs, and adapt quickly during a three-month review at 80% salary before moving

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating verifiable 3D modelling, rendering, or technical design work.
Proficiency in design software for 3D modelling, mockups, and rendering.
Ability to produce precise 2D layouts and production drawings.

Responsibilities

Develop clean, high-quality 3D models and mockups for client presentations.
Prepare production drawings with measurements and material quantities.
Create 2D drawings to support design and production teams.
Coordinate with design, production, and CRM teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Enhance rendering quality with appropriate lighting and textures.
Prepare client-ready decks with renders and drawings.
