Technical Infrastructure Project Manager (Data Centre) - Johor Bahru

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of data center infrastructure and GPU cluster build projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and align the build strategy with stakeholders.
• Initiate and manage GPU cluster build programs.
• Coordinate and drive project execution with local partner teams.
• Identify and resolve obstacles during project implementation.
• Monitor project progress, assess risks, and report on all in-flight programs.
• Develop, review, and act on performance metrics to improve delivery timelines and close operational gaps.
• Simplify processes, identify business risks, and implement scalable solutions.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage daily project operations to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Drive process improvements to streamline project execution and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience in data centre infrastructure deployment is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead virtual cross-functional teams, including both internal divisions and external partners/suppliers, regardless of geographical location.
• Competence in a range of project management tools, methodologies, and techniques applicable to all project lifecycle phases.
• Demonstrated ability to manage capital budgets, design solutions, and creatively accelerate project delivery.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
