Job summary

One Medicare Sdn Bhd in Kuching, Sarawak, is seeking a Technical Executive, Sustainability Program to plan, coordinate and implement energy management and energy efficiency programmes, including costing and project execution. Job description

Technical Executive, Sustainability Program

Plan, coordinate and implement energy management and energy efficiency programmes, including costing and project execution.

Monitor energy performance, compile and analyse hospital energy data, and review CEM reports to identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate energy-saving initiatives, awareness campaigns and hospital-level energy management activities.

Support Energy Management Gold Standard (EMGS) certification activities, including internal audits and HSIP preparation.

Identify, evaluate and propose Energy Efficiency (EE) projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate Green Building Certification and Energy Performance Contract (EPC) projects.

Prepare and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs), invoices, claims and supporting documentation for energy management services.

Maintain accurate energy management records, filing systems and databases, including ASIS.

Communicate and promote the Energy Management System (EnMS) to hospital management and relevant stakeholders.

Liaise with internal teams, hospital representatives, contractors and other stakeholders to support effective energy management initiatives.

Willingness to travel as required.
