Job summary

Kotra Pharma (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Engineer to support machine reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.

You will diagnose equipment issues, implement maintenance programs, calibrate and commission systems, and provide technical guidance to production teams in a cGMP setting. This role requires collaboration with engineering and operations to sustain high equipment availability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, or engineering support in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance and production machinery operations.
• Knowledge of cGMP and safety practices is a plus.
