Job summary

Reeracoen seeks an experienced engineering leader to manage New Product Development, Design Development, Testing and Evaluation, and technical support within a manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-on leadership to drive innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple technical functions.

You will plan manpower, allocate resources, and coach teams to achieve strategic objectives while ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of annual departmental objectives, KPIs, and business targets.
• Lead and manage NPD, DDG, and TET operations.
• Plan manpower, allocate resources, and develop team capabilities through training and coaching.
• Ensure effective execution of departmental strategies and improvement plans.
• Oversee all New Product Development and Design Development projects.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and provide necessary resources to engineers.
• Ensure projects meet customer, quality, performance, and commercial requirements.
• Lead technical support activities for production and product groups.
• Manage product-related problem solving, product performance improvement, and technical troubleshooting.
• Support complaint handling, corrective actions, and competitor benchmarking activities.
• Ensure proper management of SMI and product-related technical documentation.
• Manage Testing & Evaluation Team operations.
• Ensure testing facilities, equipment, laboratories, and evaluation systems are effectively maintained.
• Oversee product validation, testing standards, and technical evaluations to support development activities.
• Ensure all technical activities comply with company management systems and standards, including: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18000; Participate in and support internal system audits; Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
