Job summary

Uncanny Tech Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a fresh graduate to join our ELV service team. You will perform routine preventive maintenance and on-site repairs of CCTV, access control, public address, fire alarm, SMATV and intercom systems.

On-site training will be provided; candidates must hold a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent, possess a valid driving license, and be willing to travel within Klang Valley. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Basic Electronic & Electrical knowledge (Relays, DC/AC voltages)
• MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
• Valid driving license (Class D/B2) and willing to travel within Klang Valley
• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Good problem-solving and ability to communicate technical issues to clients
• Willing to handle urgent service calls if required

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, PA, Fire Alarm, SMATV, Intercom)
• Conduct site walks at client locations to identify faults or upgrade needs
• Assist sales/project team by visiting sites to take measurements and provide reports
• Diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues to minimize downtime
• Prepare daily site reports and service sheets for management and clients
