Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced Network Operations lead to provide advanced technical guidance and mentorship to Level 1 and 2 engineers. You will spearhead multi-domain deployments, testing, and commissioning to meet client timelines.

This role emphasizes incident management, root-cause analysis, and delivering documented learnings with knowledge-sharing sessions. You will conduct service reviews before project closure to ensure high-quality solutions and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on technical network experience managing complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Networking, Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• Deep expertise in TCP/IP routing, network packet analysis tools, configurations, and Cisco technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical guidance and mentorship to Level 1 and 2 engineers.
