Job summary

AXA Group Operations in Malaysia seeks a Technical Account Manager to bridge global solutions with local needs. You will drive integration, guide technical discussions, and ensure compliant, cost-efficient technology solutions across AXA entities.

The role requires strong IT background, global experience, and solid understanding of GO governance and processes. You will work with Product teams and Entity stakeholders to enable successful GO product implementations.

Qualifications

• Strong IT background.
• Experience of working in a global Organization.
• Good understanding of Group Operations Governance.
• Good understanding of GO financial, project and product processes.

Responsibilities

• Bridge global product and local specifics to design solutions or adapt local solutions per GO standards.
• Support entity project portfolio definition and determine GO involvement levels.
• Understand and contribute to the technical blueprint of business applications and GO products/services.
• Review proposed local solutions when global solutions cannot be deployed and assist with waivers.
• Engage with entities to identify technical opportunities to provide business benefit, e.g., legacy replacement with GO products.
• Facilitate decision making with the PBP and coordinate Product team discussions from an integration perspective.
• Provide support on tech debt topics and incidents during resolution.
• Be aware of regulatory, data privacy, and GO global strategy alignment.
• Identify innovation and cost efficiency opportunities and monitor compliance.
