Job summary

Roche is seeking a Technology Support Intern who will serve as the frontline for regional user inquiries across multiple channels. You will troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues, manage ticket lifecycles, and guide users on standard software packages while escalating complex items to Level 2 teams.

Open to all majors, you should be pursuing or holding a Diploma or Degree and be fluent in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or holding a Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• 6-month internship availability; no formal IT background required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for user inquiries across channels (phone, chat, email, self-service).
• Perform basic software troubleshooting (Google Suite, Office, conferencing tools) and hardware questions (laptops, tablets, printers).
• Manage ticket lifecycle: log issues, prioritize requests, track progress, provide status updates.
