Roche is seeking an IT Service Desk professional to deliver first-level support across multiple channels. You will handle incidents and service requests, classify and route tickets, and ensure timely resolution for users across devices and software.

Strong communication in English and Mandarin, plus knowledge of Vietnamese/Indonesian/Thai, is required. Diploma or IT degree and 1–3 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT Service Desk/ BPO experience.
• ITIL Foundation course is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin; knowledge of Vietnamese/Indonesian/Thai preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level IT support via phone, chat, email, and self-service portal.
• Handle incidents and service requests, classify, assign, track and close tickets.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across devices and applications.
• Coordinate end-to-end ticket lifecycle and escalate when necessary.
