Job summary

Intuit Recruitment is representing a client in the manufacturing sector seeking a Technical Engineer (JB) to join their team. The role is permanent and located in JB with standard Monday–Friday hours. Training is provided for newcomers, and a competitive salary package includes a car allowance and various reimbursements.

Responsibilities cover technical support, engineering submissions, design calculations, and collaboration with sales, marketing and internal teams to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical engineering or related field.
• Training provided for inexperienced candidates.
• Valid driving license with own vehicle is a plus.

• Respond to technical enquiries during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
• Develop practical engineering solutions using design standards.

Technical Engineer (JB) - Training Provided!

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Technical Support Engineer
• Location: JB
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
• Salary Package:

  Up to RM6,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering solutions and technical support to customers, as well as the sales and marketing teams, including technical submissions, proposals, quotations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Respond to technical enquiries from clients, architects, consultants, and contractors during both pre-sales and post-sales stages.
• Assist in developing practical engineering solutions using structural calculations and relevant design standards to meet project requirements.
• Process and coordinate customer orders.
• Support business development by conducting technical presentations and engaging consultants to secure product specifications.
• Work closely with internal teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities and support continuous product improvement.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Possess valid driving license with own vehicle.
• Familiar with MS Office, CAD and Revit.
