Job summary
axrail.ai in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Tech Project Manager to orchestrate end-to-end delivery of complex AI, cloud and data initiatives, bridging business and tech to translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans.
You bring 5+ years in tech project management, PMP or Agile certifications, and mastery of Jira, Confluence, MS Project and Slack to drive governance, budgeting and program success while mentoring junior PMs and scaling GenAI-enabled delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in tech project management (cloud/AI projects preferred).
- PMP or Agile certifications (or equivalent practical experience).
- Degree in Business, CS, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Review project plans and success metrics to determine time frame and funding.
- Assess dependencies, gaps and continued business value.
- Estimate budgetary needs based on project scope.
- Oversee program implementation and governance.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews to align teams.
- Refine and manage the product backlog.
- Document scope, changes, risks using JIRA and MS Project.
- Plan and manage project closure and transitions.
- Drive performance management and team development.
