Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Technology & Merchandising Pro (TMPro) to oversee the store’s technology and product presentation, delivering an only-at-Apple experience. You’ll mentor the team, lead merchandising programs, and ensure all tech and fixtures function properly, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to support store updates.

The role requires strong presentation skills, a passion for storytelling, and a commitment to inclusion and diversity across daily activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Proficient in English (reading & writing).
• Proficient in local language (spoken & written).
• Ability to differentiate colors and navigate compact spaces.
• Physically able to service equipment and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for in-store merchandising and technology.
• Support and lead merchandising programs to drive excitement and provide seamless customer experiences.
• Ensure in-store and third-party technology function properly.
• Mentor and train store team on merchandising principles and in-store tech.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support store infrastructure and layout updates.
• Perform tasks to support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and promoting Apple values.
