Job summary

CARSOME is Southeast Asia’s largest integrated car e-commerce platform. Join our high-energy sales team to help customers find vehicles that meet their needs, guide them through appraisal, test drives, and financing, and ensure smooth transactions.

You will attend to walk-in and website inquiries, host live product demonstrations, and work to hit team sales targets with a strong customer focus and self-motivation. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in retail, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong listening skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn and be trained for product demonstrations and financing processes.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customer inquiries.
• Use knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers from sale or appraisal through test drives and financing applications.
• Complete all records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions.
• Host live product demonstrations and Q&A sessions to drive showroom traffic.
• Sell and source high-quality used cars to expand inventory and achieve team sales targets.
