Job summary

YIFU CATERING MANAGEMENT Sdn Bhd is seeking a front-line team member to deliver excellent customer service in a busy cafe. You will greet customers, take orders, suggest drinks, and handle payments with accuracy.

You must be able to speak Mandarin (and other languages). Fresh graduates are welcome, and you will work with staff to maintain hygiene, manage stock, promote products, and keep peak hours running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment (prep area, machines, dining area).

Perform daily cleaning after shifts to meet hygiene standards.

Inventory Management

Monitor stock of ingredients, ensuring enough supply for daily use.

Communicate with suppliers to replenish stock and avoid shortages.

Promotions and Product Recommendations

Introduce new products and promotions, encourage customer purchases.

Promote seasonal or specific products based on sales strategies.

Work with other staff to ensure smooth operations.

Coordinate during peak hours to improve service efficiency.

Safety and Hygiene Compliance

Follow food safety, hygiene, and store regulations to ensure drink quality and safety.

Job Requirements:

Minimum education level SPM/O'level.

Able to speak in Mandarin & other languages. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
