You will lead and develop production teams, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost targets, while promoting a culture of GMP compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG/food.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety regulations, quality management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Ensure GMP and food safety standards, quality requirements and company policies.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support problem-solving activities and root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and high-performance work environment.

Lead and drive production workstream performance by ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Responsible for managing people, driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring production delivery, and achieving operational KPIs.
