Mercedes-Benz Tech Malaysia (MBTMY) is seeking a Team Lead for the Car Embedded On-/Offboard Stream to guide a high‑performing software team and drive strategic topics in line with global R&D priorities.

You will mentor team members, coordinate with R&D China, Germany, and Home of Tech, and ensure delivery readiness, quality, and compliance while fostering innovation and collaboration across Malaysia and international partners.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.
• Experience in IT corporate roles with management responsibility.
• Proven experience leading distributed agile development teams.
• Experience in automotive software development is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with international partners and teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage a Car Embedded On-/Offboard Stream team, covering people leadership and delivery content.
• Mentor and develop the team with knowledge sharing and growth.
• Align activities with MBTMY and global R&D priorities for strategic software topics.
• Support cross-regional collaboration with RD China, RD Germany, and Home of Tech.
• Translate strategy into team focus, capability development and delivery readiness.
• Improve organizational efficiency, delivery transparency and quality.
• Ensure compliance and promote collaboration and knowledge transfer.
• Communicate with stakeholders and partners across locations.
