Job summary

The successful candidate will deliver engaging learning experiences in face-to-face, blended, or online formats, assess student performance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support Curtin’s engagement

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in English Literature/TESOL/TESL from a recognised institution. A recognised TESOL certificate (Cambridge CELTA or Trinity College Certificate in TESOL is desirable).
• Teaching Experience: Demonstrated experience teaching Diploma and Foundation-level students, with familiarity in online teaching platforms and tools.

Role Overview

The School of Pre-University and Continuing Education (SPACE) invites applications for a Teaching Fellow / Associate Teaching Fellow to teach English. The successful candidate will be involved in teaching Foundation and Diploma courses as well as other short courses. The role also involves academic service, collegial engagement and external community collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning experiences in face-to-face, blended, or online formats that actively stimulate and foster student learning.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive, timely feedback to support academic growth.
