Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons that align with the school's curriculum and international educational standards
• Assessing student progress through examinations, assignments, presentations and practical exercises, and providing constructive feedback
• Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and academic engagement
• Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, progress and achievement, and communicating regularly with parents
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, resources and departmental initiatives
• Preparing students for internal and external examinations (IGCSE, A-Level or equivalent)
• Monitoring and supporting individual student needs, identifying those requiring additional support or enrichment opportunities
• Contributing to the wider life of the school through co-curricular activities and pastoral care
