Job summary

NingJi Malaysia is seeking a Junior/Senior Tea Barista Crew (Fresh Graduate) to welcome customers, take orders, and prepare our signature hand-mashed lemon tea and other beverages to NingJi's quality standards. You will deliver outstanding service, keep the outlet clean, and help meet daily sales goals.

Training is provided; prior experience in F&B or retail is nice-to-have but not required. Flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, support a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
• Previous experience in food and beverage, retail, or customer service is an advantage, but not essential.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process cash and POS transactions.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales targets while delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Maintain NingJi Malaysia's brand image and service standards at all times.
• Prepare signature hand-mashed lemon tea and other beverages according to SOPs.
• Ensure drinks meet quality, taste, and presentation standards and maintain hygiene.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with opening/closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
