Job summary

Apex Digital Sdn Bhd, operating the MKB.MY store, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, manage stock, and maintain store presentation. The role involves assisting shoppers, handling product inquiries, and supporting daily sales operations in a busy retail environment.

Work hours run from 12PM to 12AM with a 2-hour break, five days a week, located at SS15. The position offers employee benefits and opportunities to contribute to brand growth within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries about products.
• Ensure the safety of the store environment and display equipment.
• Retrieve items from stock locations and handle special orders.
• Organize inventory, arrange, and display products.
• Open and close the store according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain and uphold brand awareness during customer interactions.
• Complete tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Job description

Working Location: SS15

Working Hours: 12PM to 12AM with 2 hours break time

Working Day: 5 days per week

Main Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries about products

Ensure the safety of the store environment and display equipment

Retrieve items from stock locations and handle special orders

Organize inventory, arrange, and display products

Open and close the store according to standard operating procedures

Maintain and uphold brand awareness during customer interactions
