Job summary

BLACKBOX Gaming & Gadget Store is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Assistant / Retail Promoter in Malaysia. You will welcome customers, promote products, and manage in-store displays while assisting with e-commerce orders and social media content creation.

The role involves daily cash handling, stock counting, and reporting, with opportunities to grow through internal promotions as you develop leadership skills and expand your store responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.

Promote products and achieve sales expectation.

Maintain daily retail store cleanliness and ensure the store is well-organized.

Arrange and replenish merchandise displays.

Pack and prepare e-commerce orders accurately.

Operate the cashier and handle daily cash transactions.

Perform stock counting and assist with inventory management.

Prepare daily sales and operational reports.

Involve in Retail Marketing creating and posting social media content (guidance and training will be provided).
