Job summary

Apex Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to assist customers, answer product questions, manage stock retrieval for in-store and online orders, and help maintain a safe, well-presented shopping environment in Kuala Lumpur. You will organize inventory, arrange displays, support efficient checkout, and ensure brand consistency in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries about products
• Ensure the safety of the store environment and display equipment
• Retrieve items from stock locations and handle special orders
• May need to process online orders
• Organize inventory, arrange, and display products
• Perform keyboard assembly based on customer needs
• Open and close the store according to standard operating procedures
• Maintain and uphold brand awareness during customer interactions
• Complete tasks as directed by the supervisor
