Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Technical Lead for Tax Solutions to drive EY’s digital tax platform roadmap. You will lead cross‑functional teams, define technical architecture, and collaborate with stakeholders to modernise data platforms and accelerate end‑to‑end transformation.

Focus areas include enterprise‑grade design, cloud‑native solutions on Azure, DevSecOps governance, and hands‑on work with .NET Core / .NET 8+, React/TypeScript, and API strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience with strong hands‑on .NET Core / .NET 8+.
• 3+ years in solution architecture and leading technical teams.
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale apps and cloud-native solutions.
• Experience in leading digital transformation or platform modernization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with data integration, API design, and cloud-native architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design of enterprise‑grade digital solutions with modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Define architecture standards, blueprints, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Provide technical leadership across SDLC, governance, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality.
• Design integration strategies, APIs, and cloud‑native architectures for complex ecosystems.
• Mentor talent and build technical capabilities within EY’s Tax Technology.
