Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur invites a Senior Associate / Associate to join our Tax ITTS-TPC team. You will advise on tax matters and help optimize clients’ tax strategies, while collaborating with a global team on complex tax projects.

You will support corporate tax compliance, restructuring, incentives, IPOs, cross-border transactions, and risk management to deliver value for clients. This is a dynamic role within EY's BTS practice.

Qualifications

• Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in business tax services or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Advise on tax matters and plan client business activities to optimise tax solutions.
• Assist clients with strategic and operational challenges facing their tax functions and assess opportunities.
• Be part of a global team to build sustainable tax strategies and monitor tax processes.
• Provide technical tax advice and support authorities on tax issues, including audits and rulings.
• Manage delivery of tax projects ensuring high quality and value for clients.
