• Degree in Accountancy or Finance with a minimum of 3.0 CGPA
• At least 2 years' experience in tax compliance, consulting work and administration
• Knowledge in tax laws, tax incentives and prevailing public ruling is required
• Good command in English and effective communication with all levels of company personnel

Job description

Tax Senior position within the Tax Advisory Practice at the Kuala Lumpur office. The role involves leading a team and managing a diverse portfolio of clients for tax submission, tax audit and advisory assignments.

Key responsibilities

Lead the team and manage a diverse portfolio of clients for tax submission, tax audit and advisory assignments

Undertake research and handle tax planning case, tax incentives application and tax audit investigation cases

Assist the team in SST compliance and consultancy assignment

Build relationships with clients by ensuring high service standards

Liaise with Inland Revenue Officer and Royal Custom & Exercise Malaysia on tax matters

Provide coaching and training to junior staffs

About you

Degree in Accountancy or Finance with a minimum of 3.0 CGPA

Member of any Professional Bodies would be an advantage

Knowledge in tax laws, tax incentives and prevailing public ruling is required

Must possess at least 2 years' experience in tax compliance, consulting work and administration

Good command in English and must be able to effectively communicate with all level of the Company's personnel
