Job summary

Encora is seeking an experienced Tanzu Engineer to deploy, manage, and support container platforms, enabling cloud-native application delivery in a modern IT backbone. With 5+ years in IT infrastructure or platform engineering, you will lead Tanzu Kubernetes environments, automate with IaC, and collaborate with DevOps teams to strengthen CI/CD pipelines, security, and disaster recovery practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with VMware Tanzu and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Docker, Helm, and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of VMware vSphere, NSX, and vSAN is an advantage.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or scripting (Bash/Python).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Linux administration, networking, and cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, managing, and supporting container platforms while enabling cloud-native application delivery.
