Job summary

Linuxconfig is seeking an experienced OpenShift Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to design, deploy, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters, ensuring platform reliability and security.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams, automate deployments with Ansible and Terraform, and support CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Docker/Podman, Helm, and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of Linux administration, networking, and storage.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Git, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP) is an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining container platforms, enabling cloud-native applications, and ensuring platform reliability and security.
