Job summary

TotalEnergies Malaysia is seeking a passionate and proactive Talent Partner to join our Human Resources team and help attract, develop, and retain the talent powering our business. As a trusted advisor to managers and employees, you will lead recruitment, build talent pipelines, drive development initiatives, and collaborate with regional HR teams to align people strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 8–10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HRBP or related HR role.
• Proven experience building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies across functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence constructively.
• Commercial mindset aligning people strategies with business objectives.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working in a multinational or complex business environment.

Candidate Profile

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies across diverse functions.
