TOKMER ENTERPRISE in Malaysia is seeking a creative Talent Content Creator cum Live Host to join our team. You will craft engaging social media content and conduct daily live-streaming sessions to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

The ideal candidate is confident on camera, can generate fresh content ideas, and interacts well with audiences. Basic video recording/editing skills and knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in social media content creation, live hosting, or related field is an advantage.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia; English or Mandarin helpful.
• Cheerful, creative, confident on camera and able to engage audiences.
• Basic video recording, editing, and social media platform skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content on a schedule.
• Produce short videos, photos, scripts for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Conduct daily live-streaming sessions to boost engagement and sales.
• Introduce products clearly and interact with viewers during live sessions.
• Prepare products, scripts, and materials before each live session.
• Review performance and suggest improvements for better results.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content according to the assigned schedule.
• Produce short videos, photos, scripts, and content ideas for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Keep up with current social media trends and create relevant content for the brand.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with company objectives and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in planning the content calendar and suggest new ideas to increase reach and engagement.

Live Streaming

• Conduct daily live-streaming sessions according to the assigned schedule.
• Introduce, explain, and promote products or services clearly and confidently.
• Actively engage with viewers through comments, questions, and live Q&A sessions.
• Create a professional, entertaining, and interactive live-streaming environment.
• Help increase sales, engagement, and brand awareness through live sessions.
• Prepare products, scripts, equipment, and promotional materials before each live session.
• Review live-streaming performance and suggest improvements to achieve better results.
