TOKMER ENTERPRISE is seeking a creative Talent Content Creator cum Live Host in Malacca to produce engaging social media content and conduct daily live streams. You will captivate audiences, showcase products, and help grow brand awareness through compelling videos.

The ideal candidate is confident on camera, speaks Bahasa Malaysia, and can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Familiarity with CapCut and current social media trends is a plus, with opportunities to shape campaigns

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in social media content creation, live hosting, content creation, or a related field is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to communicate in English or Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Cheerful, creative, confident in front of the camera, and comfortable interacting with audiences.
• Basic skills in video recording, content editing, and social media platforms.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work towards targets.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and promotional campaign periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content according to the assigned schedule.
• Produce short videos, photos, scripts, and content ideas for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Keep up with current social media trends and create relevant content for the brand.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with company objectives and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in planning the content calendar and suggest new ideas to increase reach and engagement.
• Conduct daily live-streaming sessions and promote products or services clearly and confidently.
• Actively engage with viewers through comments, questions, and live Q&A sessions.
• Create a professional, entertaining, and interactive live-streaming environment.

• Help increase sales, engagement, and brand awareness through live sessions.
• Prepare products, scripts, equipment, and promotional materials before each live session.
• Review live-streaming performance and suggest improvements to achieve better results.
