Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a confident TikTok LIVE Host to engage with online audiences, demonstrate products, and drive purchases during live sessions.

You will present promotions, answer questions in real time, and collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to align on campaigns and offers while keeping energy high and on-brand for each stream.

• Host regular TikTok LIVE selling sessions for the company.
• Present, demonstrate and explain products clearly and confidently.
• Engage with viewers by answering questions and responding to comments during LIVE sessions.

Requirement

• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of a camera.
• Energetic, outgoing and able to communicate naturally with an online audience.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Able to explain products in a simple, interesting and persuasive way.
• Sales-driven and comfortable encouraging customers to make a purchase.
• Able to think quickly and respond to questions during LIVE sessions.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work according to the LIVE schedule.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience as a TikTok Live Host, livestreamer, promoter, salesperson, content creator, retail staff or social media host is an advantage but not compulsory.

• Introduce promotions, discounts, bundles and special LIVE offers.
• Encourage viewers to take action and purchase products during the livestream.
• Maintain high energy and audience engagement throughout each LIVE session.
• Learn and understand product features, benefits, pricing and promotions.
• Follow provided LIVE scripts, talking points and campaign direction while maintaining a natural presentation style.
• Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce team on upcoming campaigns and promotions.
• Participate in TikTok videos and other short-form social media content when required.
• Monitor LIVE performance and continuously improve presentation, engagement and sales conversion.
• Keep up with TikTok trends, content styles and livestreaming techniques.
