Job summary

TOKMER ENTERPRISE is seeking a creative, confident Talent Content Creator cum Live Host to join the team in Malaysia. The role focuses on creating engaging social media content and conducting daily live-streaming sessions to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

The ideal candidate demonstrates comfort in front of the camera, can generate creative content ideas, and confidently presents products or services. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in social media content creation, live hosting, content creation, or a related field is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to communicate in English or Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Cheerful, creative, confident in front of the camera, and comfortable interacting with audiences.
• Basic skills in video recording, content editing, and social media platforms.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work towards targets.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and promotional campaign periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content according to the assigned schedule.
• Produce short videos, photos, scripts, and content ideas for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Keep up with current social media trends and create relevant content for the brand.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with company objectives and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in planning the content calendar and suggest new ideas to increase reach and engagement.
• Conduct daily live-streaming sessions according to the assigned schedule.
• Introduce, explain, and promote products or services clearly and confidently.
• Actively engage with viewers through comments, questions, and live Q&A sessions.
• Create a professional, entertaining, and interactive live-streaming environment.
• Help increase sales, engagement, and brand awareness through live sessions.
• Prepare products, scripts, equipment, and promotional materials before each live session.
• Review live-streaming performance and suggest improvements to achieve better results.
