Job summary

Inter Island Group Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full recruitment lifecycle, from strategy development to candidate interviewing. You will design and implement sourcing plans to meet hiring needs and perform reference checks as needed, while adhering to HR policies and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full life cycle of recruitment, including developing specific strategies, direct sourcing and candidate interviewing.
• Develop and implement different sourcing strategies to meet company recruitment needs.
