Job summary

TMK Chemical is seeking an HR Executive / HR Specialist (Recruitment & Staff Engagement) in Selangor, Malaysia. You will draft job descriptions, shortlist suitable channels, screen candidates, and arrange interview sessions.

You will support ATS updates and recruitment reporting while driving improvements in hiring lead times. The role includes staff engagement activities, vendor sourcing for engagement programs, and supporting improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Mandarin language skills preferred due to client interactions.
• 3–4 years of relevant HR or recruitment experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft job descriptions and shortlist channels for advertisements.
• Screen and shortlist candidates for hiring manager.
• Coordinate and conduct interview sessions.
• Update ATS, interview schedules, and recruitment reports.
• Contribute to employer branding and social media updates.
