Partnering closely with regional leadership and global hiring managers, this role will play a pivotal part in supporting the organisation’s continued international expansion, helping to source, attract, and secure the niche technical talent required to scale its premier data centre footprint across APAC.
The successful individual will manage the full-lifecycle recruitment portfolio for the data centre business unit, operating within a fast-paced, high-performance, and innovative environment during a point of significant global and regional growth.
Reviewing and optimising localised sourcing strategies, this individual will be responsible for building robust talent pipelines across multiple engineering, technical, and operational disciplines. A strong focus will be placed on leveraging advanced recruitment tools, AI, enhancing the candidate experience, conducting rigorous competency-based screenings, and championing the businesses employer brand in highly competitive international talent markets.
This individual will be an accomplished Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record of 5+ years of dedicated experience within the data centre or large-scale construction sectors. Exposure to multiple international markets, specifically across APAC, is essential, given the geographical breadth covered within this lean, scaling structure. The ideal candidate will possess deep data centre industry knowledge, proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS), and exceptional communication skills necessary to navigate senior stakeholder relationships.
The ability to balance high-volume, technical hiring priorities with a highly collaborative, pragmatic approach is critical, as is the confidence to operate effectively in an environment navigating rapid international growth.
