Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Representative to support our growing recruitment operations. You will source candidates, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.

This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, working towards hiring targets and operating in a fast-paced environment. This role welcomes fresh graduates and those with recruitment or customer-service experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Recruitment or customer-service experience is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with candidates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates who can start immediately will be given priority.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Post and manage job advertisements.
• Review applications and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screenings and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support mass-recruitment projects and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers; prepare regular recruitment progress reports.
• Achieve assigned monthly hiring targets and KPIs.
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.
