Keysight Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Campus Program Manager to lead university recruiting and early-career programs in Malaysia. You will build strategic partnerships with universities, manage internships and graduate hiring, and forecast early-career hiring needs in collaboration with HR and business leaders.

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of HR/university recruiting experience.
• 5+ years in university recruiting, Talent Acquisition, early-career programs, HR or related program management.
• Strong project management, organization and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with universities and recruiting engineering/STEM talent, preferably in Malaysia.
• Experience with recruiting/ATS systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute Keysight's Malaysia campus recruiting strategy aligned with business and workforce plans.
• Build strategic partnerships with Tier 1 universities, career centers, faculty, student organizations, government and other educational partners.
• Manage end-to-end internship and graduate hiring programs, including candidate attraction, recruiting, selection, onboarding and intern conversion.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR and business leaders to forecast early-career hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
• Plan and execute campus career fairs, recruiting events, student engagement programs and employer-branding activities.
• Strengthen Keysight's position as a graduate employer of choice in Malaysia.
• Manage program calendars, milestones and activities across multiple universities and hiring cycles.
• Track and report key outcomes including hiring activity, intern/graduate intake, conversion and program effectiveness.
• Continuously improve campus programs based on business needs, recruiting data and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure programs comply with Malaysian employment requirements and Keysight policies and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant HR/University Recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of experience in university recruiting, Talent Acquisition, early-career programs, HR or related program management.
• Strong project management, organization and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with universities and recruiting early-career talent, preferably in Malaysia.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities in a fast-paced, global organization.
• Experience recruiting engineering or other STEM talent strongly preferred.
• Experience with recruiting/ATS systems preferred.
