Job summary

BDO Malaysia is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across Audit, Tax, Advisory and corporate functions. You will partner with business leaders to translate workforce needs into effective hiring plans and build a strong candidate pipeline.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, market insights, and collaboration with external partners, with opportunities to shape employer branding and recruitment practices in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or HR experience.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian talent market.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned service lines.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate workforce needs into effective hiring plans.
• Source, attract and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, recruitment partners, universities and career events.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through targeted sourcing and market research.
• Ensure recruitment processes are fair, timely and compliant with internal policies and candidate experience standards.
• Provide practical market insights to hiring managers on candidate availability and salary expectations.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners to ensure quality and cost-effective hiring outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Track and report key recruitment updates and metrics to support management decision-making.
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives to strengthen the firm’s positioning as an employer of choice.
