Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires native-level Taiwanese Mandarin and fluent English to support customers and process employment passes as needed. Start dates available on 26/11/2026 or 26/12/2026, with an initial work-from-home month.

Work hours are five days a week with shifts between 9 AM and 10 PM on weekdays, and 9 AM to 6 PM on weekends. Visa processing and local onboarding will follow once settled in Malaysia.
