Discova’s tailored travel team in Malaysia is seeking a Mandarin-English speaking specialist to design bespoke itineraries and respond to B2B enquiries. You will leverage your destination knowledge, sales skills, and customer-focused approach to convert inquiries into bookings and deliver exceptional service from enquiry to confirmation.

You’ll build strong partner relationships, upsell where appropriate, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with internal teams to ensure

About The Opportunity

Join Discova’s Tailor-made Sales team and help create unforgettable travel experiences across Malaysia. As a Chinese-speaking Malaysia destination specialist, you will design customized itineraries for B2B travel partners, combining your destination expertise, sales skills, and customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional travel solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, motivated by achieving sales targets, and committed to providing outstanding service from enquiry through to booking confirmation.

Your main responsibility is:

• Manage and respond to B2B travel enquiries, delivering personalized and innovative travel proposals.
• Design tailor-made itineraries showcasing Malaysia’s diverse destinations, attractions, and experiences.
• Build strong relationships with travel partners through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Maximize sales opportunities through upselling, alternative recommendations, and value-added solutions.
• Follow up enquiries and booking amendments promptly to ensure every opportunity is fully supported.
• Maintain accurate booking documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth handover for fulfilment.

About You

The Essentials

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tourism, travel sales, inbound tourism, or a related industry.
• Strong track record of working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Advanced computer skills and confidence in learning new systems and technologies.
• Legally authorized to work in Malaysia.
• Experience with Malaysia tourism, destination knowledge, or living in Malaysia is highly desirable.
