Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks an experienced STPG Tactical IE Manager to drive short-to-mid-term operational optimization, cost efficiency, and supply alignment across NAND and SSD manufacturing.

You will partner with POM, GSC, EEM, PDT, and Manufacturing to translate business demand into executable wafer, capacity, and cost strategies. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and a deep understanding of product planning across development, NPI, HVM, and

Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in product planning in a sophisticated technology company.
• Deep understanding of product planning from Development to New Product Introduction to High Volume Manufacturing to End of Life.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in cross-functional setups.

Responsibilities

• Drive tactical IE and inventory management with urgency and excellence.
• Coordinate with FAB, BE, PE, GSC and multiple business units to align demand with wafer, capacity and cost strategies.
• Ensure datasets for product and manufacturing are correctly set up before demand loading and updates when changes occur.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams to manage material supply through NPI phases with end-to-end mindset.
• Provide high-level status updates to management on NPI/HVM/NRG issues and recommendations.
